3. Licensing & Insurance

Summit Services Co. is licensed and insured for the trades we perform. We carry the licenses and liability coverage required to perform home and commercial services in the Austin, Texas area. Proof of licensing and insurance is available on request.

All work is performed by trained, background-checked crew members. Where a job requires a permit or inspection, we coordinate with the appropriate local authorities as part of the agreed scope of work.

For larger projects, we encourage you to review the written estimate and scope of work carefully before approving it. You always have the right to ask questions, request changes, or seek a second opinion, and we support your exercise of that right.

4. Informational Content Only

  • No binding obligation until approved: No price becomes a binding obligation on either party until a written estimate or service agreement has been approved by all required parties.
  • On-site assessment: Estimates are subject to our right to assess the service address in person before or during the work, as conditions on site may differ from what was described.
  • Scope changes: If the work required differs from the approved scope (for example, hidden damage or additional parts), we will confirm any change in price with you before performing the additional work.
  • Parts and materials: Estimates are subject to the availability and current cost of parts and materials, which may be adjusted before the work is approved if costs materially change.
  • Permitting: Where a permit or inspection is required, related fees and timelines may affect the final price and schedule, as noted in the estimate.

You are under no obligation to approve any estimate from Summit Services Co., and we encourage you to review any estimate you receive from us carefully.

6. Communications Consent
