  • How to opt out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.   • No sharing of consent: We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Summit Services Co. complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws governing text message communications.

5. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing communications on our contact form, Summit Services Co. may send you periodic email or SMS messages that include newsletters, seasonal maintenance reminders, educational content about home and commercial systems, promotions, and company news.

6. Transactional & Non-Marketing Communications

  • Estimate details and approved scope of work

  • Scheduling and lead-management tools: We use third-party customer relationship management and scheduling software to receive service requests from our website forms, manage customer contact lists, and coordinate appointments. Information submitted through our request forms is transmitted to and stored by these providers on our behalf. They are contractually bound not to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Summit Services Co., our customers, or others.

  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized website analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us as described in Section 15. We will honor deletion requests subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
